Owned Solar
In this model, the customer purchases the solar system outright. They either pay upfront or finance the system through a loan. The customer fully owns the solar panels and the energy they generate..
Ideal For: Homeowners and businesses who want to maximize long-term savings and have the upfront capital or access to financing.
Residential & Commercial
Residential consists of Solar solutions for private homes. These systems are typically smaller in size and designed to meet the energy needs of single-family or multi-family homes.
Commercial consists of Solar solutions for businesses and large properties. Commercial systems are typically much larger, designed to meet higher energy demands.
Third Party Owned
In this model, a third-party company owns the solar system installed on the customer’s property. The customer can access solar energy through either a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)or a Solar Lease.
Ideal For: Customers who want to save on energy costs without the financial commitment of purchasing a system outright, or those who are not eligible for solar loans.
Roof-Mounted & Ground-Mounted
Roof-Mounted Solar panels are installed on the roof of a building. This is the most common form of solar installation, especially for residential projects.
Ground-Mounted Solar panels are installed on the ground, rather than on a roof. These systems can be fixed-tilt or use trackers to follow the sun’s path for maximum energy capture.
